<strong><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;background:white;font-weight:normal;color:#222222;line-height:2;">11</span></strong><strong><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;background:white;font-weight:normal;color:#222222;line-height:2;">月份，公司領(lǐng)導(dǎo)向全體員工發(fā)出了號(hào)召令：</span></strong><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;background:white;color:#222222;"><span style="line-height:2;">層層約談、全員發(fā)動(dòng)。在逐級(jí)簽訂責(zé)任狀的基礎(chǔ)上，各級(jí)迅速開展約談活動(dòng)，從領(lǐng)導(dǎo)到后勤，層層談，人人談，以前不參與的，現(xiàn)在主動(dòng)發(fā)現(xiàn)問題；以前對知識(shí)有理解偏差的，現(xiàn)在對腐敗歪風(fēng)邪氣深惡痛絕并能夠及時(shí)指正，在思想上動(dòng)員大家形成統(tǒng)一。同時(shí)，緊盯內(nèi)外部工作風(fēng)氣治理，將易出現(xiàn)“保護(hù)傘”行為的環(huán)節(jié)嚴(yán)肅把關(guān)，排除職務(wù)便利條件中可能存在的可疑點(diǎn)。</span><span></span></span>

<span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;background:white;color:#222222;line-height:2;">聯(lián)動(dòng)：</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;"><span style="line-height:2;">與地方公安、高速路政及交警的聯(lián)動(dòng)機(jī)制成為京張公司掃黑除惡工作開展的一把雙刃劍。</span><span style="line-height:2;">2019</span><span style="line-height:2;">年，由各方協(xié)調(diào)出擊解決的交通管制等重要保障任務(wù)共計(jì)</span><span style="line-height:2;">45</span><span style="line-height:2;">次，在默契的“友鄰”配合下，實(shí)現(xiàn)了道路的安全暢通，做到“有摸排有治理，有你掃有我除”，使黑惡勢力不再猖獗泛濫，治理工作更加有信心。</span><span></span></span>

<span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;line-height:2;">服務(wù)區(qū)作為人員密集敏感區(qū)域，從保安人員的培訓(xùn)與考核工作入手，對服務(wù)員、保潔員分批次進(jìn)行了培訓(xùn)，</span><span style="font-size:12pt;font-family:宋體;background:white;color:#222222;"><span style="line-height:2;">確保能及時(shí)在“問題”和“苗頭”出現(xiàn)的時(shí)候，通過舉報(bào)、教育等方式敢于發(fā)聲，勇于亮劍，不被惡勢力嚇倒，不讓違法違規(guī)的行為有一絲一毫的蔓延�，F(xiàn)在在服務(wù)區(qū)就餐停留時(shí)，隨處可見安全宣傳標(biāo)語匯入眼簾，無聲的提醒同時(shí)也是最直接的警告，讓黑惡勢力不敢靠近；同時(shí)在廣場廣播中循環(huán)播報(bào)掃黑除惡專項(xiàng)斗爭的重大意義與注意事項(xiàng)；在工作微信群，及時(shí)分享重要新聞知識(shí)，邊工作邊學(xué)習(xí)，對文化參差不齊的各個(gè)崗位人員進(jìn)行普及推廣、開展交流。另外在“崗前三分鐘”教育活動(dòng)中，收費(fèi)員每日上崗前都會(huì)進(jìn)行一番自我學(xué)習(xí)，問清情況再交接，人人手握重拳，讓危害、暴力行為無處藏身。</span><span></span></span>
